Louis Allott, PhD

Director

Louis is a radiochemist with fifteen years across academia, industry and the NHS. He designs radiolabelling routes, takes them through process development and automation, and transfers them into GMP production. He has established and operated radiopharmaceutical facilities in the UK for both research and clinical manufacture, and has taken tracers from first synthesis through to use in patients. He founded Radiopharmium in December 2024 and holds fractional director-level roles with the Daisy Appeal and Aptamer Group.

Daisy Medical Research Limited

Hull, UK

We are working with the Daisy Appeal Charity to establish and operationalise a state-of-the-art, research-focused GMP radiopharmaceutical manufacturing facility. This initiative will enhance the UK's capacity for innovative radiopharmaceutical development and support translational research that benefits both patients and the wider scientific community. As part of this programme, Radiopharmium is providing fractional Director of Radiochemistry support, with the role undertaken by Dr Louis Allott, delivering senior scientific leadership.

Aptamer Group PLC

We are working with Aptamer Group PLC to advance their radiopharmaceutical programme through active participation on their Scientific Advisory Board and through the provision of a fractional Director of Radioligand Development, undertaken by Dr Louis Allott. Radiopharmium helps to guide strategy, foster innovation, and accelerate progress in this emerging field.
